Information for 11th and 12th grade student-athletes wishing to participate in intercollegiate athletics at an NCAA Division I or Division II institution in the future.
ATTENTION:
- Those planning to enroll winter/spring 2010 need to request final amateur certification by signing the 10.1 statement at this time.
- Official test scores must be sent from the testing agency using code 9999. Test scores that appear on a high school transcript will not be accepted.
- Separate official transcripts for all high schools attended for grades nine through 12 must be sent to the Eligibility Center.
