Yes, we have a great group of cheerleaders at Cheatham County Central.
In this photo (taken last summer; shown on the right), the squad attended UCA cheerleading camp at The Beach Resort in Gulf Shores, Alabama. The squad competed against high school squads from Tennessee, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia and Florida and won first place in extreme routine and second place in cheer.
Also, seniors Jenny Henry and Kara Mueller (shown here) were selected to the UCA All American All Star's squad and earned the opportunity to cheer in the London New Years Day Parade.
The CCCHS Cheerleading squad head coach is Angie Adams; Assistant coach is Amy Pemberton.
