Jim Hamblen
Jim Hamblen is a third-career teacher in his first year of teaching. He has previously worked as the head of operations for O'Bryan Brothers, which manufactured Duckhead clothing, and then spent several years in the paint manufacturing and supplying business. He now teaches Chemistry I, Physical Science and Ecology.
Education-wise, Mr. Hamblen is a graduate of Battle Ground Academy and Tennessee Tech, where his major was chemical engineering.
He has two sons and a daughter, all grown.
