Penny Casteel
Penny Casteel works as a teachers aide for several Lifeskills classes. A native of Morrison, Tennessee, Mrs. Casteel graduated from MTSU, but not until spending a couple of decades out of the workplace. She is a new teacher who started at CCCHS in the fall of 2009.
Mrs. Casteel has two teenage sons.
