The Cheatham County High School girls rugby team is coached by Jewelia and Jerred Hartley.
The Middle Tennessee Rugby Conference (in which the CCCHS team plays) is planning to debut a seven person-per-team game in the fall of 2010. The CCCHS teams are still growing and learning the game, but they pulled out a win against the Coffee County Lady Barbarians 30-25 earlier this year.
